Shipping & Returns
All US orders have free standard shipping. We also offer $25 express shipping for last minute folks or those who can’t wait for LaRolf flowers to arrive!
All orders are processed and shipped from our Sacramento studio within 1 to 2 business days (yep, we are not Amazon; every order is handled and sent with care!). Once shipped, your order via standard shipping may take 1 to 4 days to arrive, depending on how far you decided to live from NorCal. You will receive a tracking status email as soon as your shipment is on the way. Please keep in mind that once your order is picked up by our carrier, the shipping and delivery status is largely out of our control. Finally, we ask that you be patient with us if we make any mistakes! We love our customers and will make it right <3
Sorry, we do not ship internationally at this time.
We don’t accept floral returns unless flowers arrive damaged. Please let us know ASAP with photos and description of the issue at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can help you out! We want to create a perfect experience for our customers.
On everything else, we do accept returns within 30 days. Buyer covers return shipping, either your own method or email us at email@example.com for a shipping label (the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
